In order to introduce the latest development trend of non-destructive testing and evaluation technology, strengthen exchanges and cooperation among various industries, and jointly promote the development and application of non-destructive testing and evaluation technology, the Non-Conventional Technical Committee of the Society for Non-destructive Testing decided on August 5, 2011 to 2010 On August 7, the "12th National Nondestructive Testing New Technology Exchange Conference" was held in Harbin. The conference was hosted by the Unconventional Testing Technical Committee of the Non-destructive Testing Branch of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering and hosted by Harbin Institute of Technology. The relevant matters of the meeting are hereby notified as follows:

1. Theme report: Specially invited domestic well-known experts and scholars to make a special theme report.

2. The scope of the paper content solicitation:

1. Research and application of unconventional detection technologies;

2. Development and application of new equipment for unconventional testing;

3. The application of infrared thermal imaging and laser technology in mechanical analysis;

4. New developments and new applications of conventional nondestructive testing techniques.

3. Requirements for the progress of the call for papers:

*Refer to the abstract template for the abstract submission format

* Deadline for abstracts: Submit abstracts before May 15, 2011 (Abstract submission email nndthit@sina.com )

*Thesis deadline: July 15, 2011. Please send the electronic version of the paper to nndthit@sina.com before July 15

*Thesis format requirements:

1. Please refer to the thesis template for the format of the thesis

2. The conference will recommend outstanding papers to be published in the Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology (Supplement) (EI source)

7. Registration fee for conference delegates (including conference fee, inspection fee, material fee, etc.)

1. For registration before June 25, 2011, the registration fee for the conference is 1,000 yuan per person;

2. For registration after June 25, 2011, the registration fee for the conference is 1,200 yuan per person;

3. The conference room and board will be arranged uniformly, and the expenses will be borne by yourself.

Double room is 220 yuan/room, including buffet double breakfast; single room is 180 yuan/room (only 10 rooms are provided), including buffet breakfast.

8. Exhibitor-related fees (including exhibition fees, conference fees, and materials fees)

1. For registration before June 25, 2011, the registration fee for the exhibitor representative meeting is 3,000 yuan;

2. For registration after June 25, 2011, the registration fee for the exhibitor representative meeting is 3,500 yuan;

3. The conference room and board will be arranged uniformly, and the expenses will be borne by yourself.

Notes:

1. The exhibitor's meeting will be preached for 15 to 20 minutes, and the cost will be 15,000 yuan (determined at the meeting);

2. The exhibitor's advertisement of the conference proceedings and equipment is 500 yuan/page (determined at the conference site).
