Phased Array Probe Series

    Our transducers cover a frequency range from 0.5 MHz to 20 MHz. Customization is available for parameters including element quantity and the pitch between adjacent elements. Available array types include linear array, matrix array, self-focusing array, annular array, concave array, convex array and flexible array. Probe housings, wedges, connectors and cables can all be tailored to client requirements. Custom transducers with special frequencies, array configurations and element specifications are also available.

    UNION boasts mass production capacity for 1-3 piezoelectric composite materials. Stable fabrication is realized via high-precision dicing and vacuum filling processes. Featuring high electromechanical coupling coefficient, low acoustic impedance and wide bandwidth, these materials underpin the large-scale manufacturing of customized linear, matrix, self-focusing, annular and other array probes.

   Industrial NDT covers a wide range of complex working conditions. When standard products fail to satisfy special inspection demands, UNION delivers professional customized probe services backed by profound technical expertise and extensive project experience, developing tailor-made ultrasonic testing solutions for special working conditions, irregular workpiece shapes and special material applications. Custom immersion probes for automated inspection are available in non-focused (N), line-focused (LF) and dot-focused (DF) types, with a maximum stable frequency up to 50 MHz to fulfill diverse.
