● Suitable for automatic detection of U-rib welded joints in bridge steel structures and box girders, with built-in magnetic suction function, and can also be used for PA and TOFD automatic detection of conventional butt welds.
● The system supports PA+TOFD simultaneous detection, and can be paired with up to 4 probes for detection at the same time. It can also support more probe modules according to detection needs.
● The system is equipped with a laser guidance module, coupled with a retractable and adjustable stabilizer arm, which can observe the deviation of walking in real time and adjust the crawling trajectory.
● The crawler adopts wireless control, no longer bound by cables, and can freely control the crawling direction and speed.
● The system has a built-in encoder and power supply, which does not require external power supply and can meet the continuous detection needs for 6 hours.
● The system can be expanded to include wireless cameras and visual detection modules, synchronizing video data with phased array maps.
● The system is equipped with an automatic water pump and a reflux device to achieve the recycling of coupled water.
● It can achieve automatic identification and measurement of defects in the detection map, assisting detection personnel in evaluating defects.
● The system has coupling monitoring function, which can automatically alarm and ensure good coupling status during multi probe detection process.
