Main functions:
● Fully automatic detection mode, one-click process switching, no need for frequent parameter adjustments;
● The probe automatically detects the pipe ends and tails of HDPE pipes, eliminating the need for manual alignment;
● Utilize a 7-axis robotic arm to ensure the probe adheres to the PE tube, with position sensors monitoring the contact distance to maintain a stable distance and pressure between the probe and the PE tube;
● Inspection method: The tube body rotates, while the probe undergoes axial linear motion;
● Achieve internal defect detection for PE pipes, ensuring 100% volumetric coverage for flaw inspection;
● Achieve measurement of PE pipe wall thickness, internal and external diameters, as well as monitoring of ovality and wall thickness diameter;
● Equipped with coupling monitoring and automatic alarm for non-compliance;
● Automatically save phased array ultrasonic data, generate inspection reports, and provide dedicated data playback analysis software;
The equipment is custom-designed based on the inspection pipe diameter range, supporting diameters from 225 to 2500mm, lengths up to 17.5m, and wall thicknesses of 150mm.
