The National Information Acquisition and Processing Academic Annual Conference, sponsored by the China Instrument and Control Society and jointly organized by the Shenyang Instrument and Automation Society and Shenyang University of Technology and other colleges and universities, has been held for eight consecutive sessions from 2003 to 2010, and has become a domestic instrument and meter field. An important academic conference.
 
The ninth academic conference is scheduled to be held on August 6, 2011 in Dandong City, Liaoning Province. The theme of this conference is "Safety Inspection of Pipes, Vessels and Components". In order to make this theme conference a high-level conference with extensive exchanges with the vast number of enterprises, a group of domestic professionals specializing in pipeline, Experts and scholars in container and component safety detection/monitoring will make special exchange reports with practical application significance to enterprises.
