The UNION MagicScan-XS portable phased array ultrasonic testing instrument is a portable multifunctional ultrasonic imaging testing instrument that integrates ultrasonic phased array (PA), 2D/3D full focus (TFM), phase coherent imaging (PCI), plane wave imaging (PWI), time of diffraction (TOFD), ultrasonic guided wave, and conventional ultrasonic testing functions. The instrument has real-time imaging function for 3D weld seams and built-in Acoustic Echo Simulation (AIM). With up to 12 TFM full focus modes (TT/LL/TTT, etc.), it can provide users with the most comprehensive phased array detection method. The instrument has real-time automatic defect recognition function, which can meet various testing needs such as welds, plates, bolts, stainless steel, PE pipes, and composite materials.
