From June 6th to 8th, the Southern Regional Competition of the 2025 China College Students' Mechanical Engineering Innovation and Creativity Competition Non destructive Testing Innovation Practice and Application Competition was held grandly in Changsha, Hunan.

    213 contestants selected from 22 universities in eight southern provinces participated in the southern regional competition, setting a new record for the number of participants in the southern region. Ji Jingyuan, Secretary General of the Non destructive Testing Branch of the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineering, and Xu Yanping, Secretary of the Party Committee of Hunan Labor and Personnel Vocational College, respectively delivered speeches at the opening ceremony.

Highlights of Contestants' Competition Scene

    During the competition, Guo Zhenxiang, General Manager of Nantong Youlian, had in-depth discussions with the organizing committee and university leaders on topics such as industry university research cooperation, talent cultivation and employment integration, curriculum design and practical training construction, and resource sharing, jointly exploring ways to enhance the ecological construction of student training.
