The detection methods of gas cylinders are shear wave circumferential and axial flaw detection methods. Water spray flaw detection is to place the probe at a certain height above the gas cylinder, spray water to form a water layer, and use the longitudinal wave to obliquely enter the water/steel interface. When the incident angle is appropriate, pure shear wave detection can be realized in the gas cylinder.
 
The detection process adopts spiral scanning, while ensuring 15% repeat coverage.
 
Perform two-way (longitudinal and lateral) ultrasonic flaw detection and thickness measurement on the straight section of the gas cylinder and the seamless steel tube.
 
Realize automatic flaw detection process: automatic feeding, automatic coupling, automatic scanning, automatic recording, automatic alarm (including defect alarm and wall thickness reduction alarm), automatic marking, automatic discharge, automatic sorting, automatic storage.

After the gas cylinder inspection is completed, it can be classified by batch, and the inspection data of each gas cylinder workpiece can be stored separately according to the bottle number. The file name can clearly indicate whether the test result is normal or defective. For defective data files, the data can be opened and the defective echo can be played back.
